Service Description
Need a Notary? Let OMA Services Coordinate the Details. OMA Services, LLC provides professional notary appointment coordination nationwide for individuals, businesses, attorneys, title companies, and other professionals. From affidavits, deeds, and powers of attorney to estate planning, real estate, and other important documents, our team coordinates notary availability, appointment location, date and time, document intake, and other administrative details based on your specific needs. Notarial Fees Fees for the actual performance of notarial acts are governed by the laws and regulations of the state where the notarization is performed. When applicable, notarial fees will be identified separately from OMA Services, LLC’s appointment coordination and other non-notarial administrative services. We proudly coordinate notary appointments throughout the United States, including mobile, in-person, and other available notarization options based on the location and applicable state requirements. Tell Us What You Need — We’ll Coordinate the Rest. Send us your documents, signing location, preferred date and time, and any special instructions. Our team will review your request, coordinate availability with an appropriate notary, provide applicable appointment pricing, and confirm the details with you. Documents must be submitted electronically before the scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time for administrative intake, appointment preparation, printing, organization of the document package, and coordination with the assigned notary. Whenever possible, documents should be received at least 4 hours before the appointment. Last-Minute Appointment? Contact Us Anyway. We understand that urgent and same-day notarizations happen. If you cannot provide four hours’ notice, contact us. We will do our best to coordinate an available notary and accommodate your requested appointment time. Ready to get started? Send us your documents and appointment details today. OMA Services, LLC Every Signature Matters.
