Terms and Conditions of OMA Services, LLC

Welcome to OMA Services, LLC. The www.omaservices.com website (the "Site") consists of various web pages managed by OMA Services, LLC, a company registered in the State of North Carolina, USA. The Site is provided to you on the condition that you accept, without any changes, the terms, conditions, and notices outlined here (the "Terms"). By using the Site, you agree to all these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and retain a copy for your records.

2. DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

   - You are responsible for determining the requirements of a foreign country regarding the documents you are apostilling (e.g., whether legalization is necessary).

   - Before sending your documents by mail, it's recommended to scan and email them to us for review. After reviewing, we will inform you if your documents are ready for processing or if further signatures/certifications are needed. If we receive documents that aren't notarized or certified as advised, we cannot guarantee that an apostille will be approved.

   -The company is not responsible for any document loss caused by the postal service, government agencies involved in document legalization, or other services handling the shipment and processing of your documents to the Company, sending them to government agencies, or delivering the completed documents from the Company to you.

   - Please send the original documents along with our order form to our office address (refer to the Contact Us page).

   - PLEASE REFRAIN FROM WRITING, MAKING ANY MARKS, OR STAPLING THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. We will notify you once we have received your documents.

3. PROCESSING TIMES The duration for processing your documents is influenced by the workload of government authorities, the translator's schedule (if translation is needed), and the mail carriers. Consequently, we offer an overall estimated time frame. We advise you to allocate ample time for your documents to be processed.

4. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION The personal data we gather from you via our order form and website is necessary for processing your documents. We do not disclose your personal information to anyone outside of OMA Services, LLC and the official authorities involved in processing your documents.

5. RETURNING SHIPPING DOCUMENTS TO YOU

   - Our pricing covers FedEx second day delivery for returning your processed documents within the U.S.

   - Additional charges may be incurred if you are sending documents that exceed the size of a standard FedEx/UPS/DHL envelope.

   - Ensure you verify on the order form whether a signature is needed for document receipt or if the carrier can leave it at your doorstep (OMA Services, LLC will not be liable for any lost documents if left unattended).

We will email you a tracking number once your shipment is ready. For any questions about your shipment while it's in transit, please contact the mail carrier directly.

6. OUR PROMISE

We assure your satisfaction and ensure the highest quality of our work. However, we are not liable for any issues caused by mail providers (such as document loss), government authorities, or other third parties involved in handling your documents during the apostilling process. Refunds can only be issued for errors made by OMA Services, LLC.

7. CANCELLATION, CHARGEBACKS AND REFUNDS

   - If OMA Services, LLC is unable to secure an apostille/certification for your document, you will receive a full refund. Should Global Apostille receive payment through PayPal or debit/credit cards, the total amount will be refunded minus any commission fees imposed by PayPal or the debit/credit card providers. These commission fees vary based on the amount and the type of debit/credit card used.

   - Please be aware: if your documents are rejected for an apostille/certification due to improper preparation as per our guidance (such as incorrect notarization, missing information, or additional marks on the document, etc.), we reserve the right to withhold $150.

   - Our services are offered according to the order form you signed for apostille/authentication services. If you encounter any problems with how our staff managed your request, please inform us via email or phone.

   - If you initiate a chargeback, please be aware that we will notify your credit card company of your written agreement to our services and provide supporting documentation (such as the order form, the signed credit card authorization form, our email correspondence, etc.).

   - If you choose to cancel your request before we start processing your documents, please contact us in writing (via fax or email), and we will provide a full refund minus any shipping charges if we return your documents to you. If you decide to cancel after we have begun processing your documents, the refund may not be issued or may be partial, depending on the number of services you have requested.

   - OMA Services, LLC is not liable for any loss or delays caused by Express services like UPS, US Mail Service, FedEx, DHL, or other delivery companies.

   - OMA Services, LLC is not liable for any delays at the Secretary of State caused by holidays, early closures, or weather-related interruptions.

   - OMA Services, LLC is not liable for any mistakes made by the Secretary of State.

 If your documents are rejected by the Secretary of State, no refund will be issued. Full fees will apply for any subsequent attempts to process your documents. 

8. DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS

Accessing the Site or emailing the Company counts as electronic communication. You agree to receive electronic communications and acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we send you electronically, through email and on the Site, fulfill any legal requirement for written communication. 

The Site retains the right to distribute promotional materials about document legalization and other services offered by OMA Services, LLC.

We retain the right to modify our Terms and Conditions at any time.
